City Gardens and Landscaping was originally a landscaping place where you come for ways to design your outdoor space and how to keep your lawn perfect throughout the year. In 1974, we broaded our offerings to indoor plants and flowers. Our staff has grown to meet your needs. We now have experts in everyplace to help you with your needs.

In 1996, we added more greenhouses, offering different unqiue plants for your pleasure. We continue to expand our lawn options to meet to the everchanging needs

We offer a full complement of high quality products and services including award-winning landscape design and installation, a beautiful garden center that features one of the largest and most unusual selections of garden and landscaping plants in Iowa, and a gift shop bursting with all things related to gardening and home décor.

We pride ourselves on growing many different species and varieties of high quality trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, vegetables, and fruit trees. We also sell bulk materials, garden supplies and art, professional growing media, and more!
